What we have right now is a fresh start. With the new year you have the opportunity to look back over the past year and make the decision to change what you did not like about yourself and give yourself the opportunity to turn things around. You might also want to change certain habits that you have and replace them with healthier, happier and less destructive habits! I know it might seem silly to wait for a new year to try top change certain things and it is possible that by the end of January all those new years resolutions will not longer exist, but if you really want to change things for the better there is no time like the present.
So put a smile on your face; forgive those who may have caused you drama and pain and you might surprise yourself at the good things that can come from just letting go of all that negativity that you may have been clinging to. New years resolutions are not easy to keep up, because often people want to make all these big changes to themselves and their lifestyle. You should try to set goals and achieve one thing at a time. It seems less daunting that way.
